Really great with communication!
We viewed the property late afternoon during the weekend and that evening he helped us put in an offer. Being first home buyers we had no idea what we were doing and still don't haha but he made it simple. Even when we were changing company's for building reports and he was very pleasant to deal with and didn't mind us constantly changing things. Especially when understanding my partners work hours and made sure we could have a time that suited us. He helped us make the process so simple and as stress free as possible while buying our first home. Highly recommend. He was just a really nice guy to deal with in such a big and emotional process.

Jason provided regular and clear communication. Straightforward advice. Incredibly easy to talk to and always quickly understood exactly where we were coming from. At no point were we anything less than completely confident in how he was representing our property and we would be happy to recommend him to anyone selling or buying a property. Also we always felt like we were dealing with a real person, not an over-slick salesman. If we ever need a real estate agent again we'll be immediately contacting Jason.
