Warm, friendly agent who felt like family

Teresa was a wonderful agent; I really felt like she had my best interests at heart. Her knowledge of the local community was outstanding, she was always prompt in her communication and she always answered my endless questions with grace and patience. She provided solid guidance, particularly when negotiations got a bit tricky. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
