We are no stranger to real estate. Having arranged a couple of appraisals, Trudy arrived warm and excited by her initial inspection. An hour later we had discussed what spruce up was required, Trudy offered to organise staging, ran through our expectations and suggested market positioning. She felt the property would sell well and was genuinely eager to sell it. We cancelled the other appraisal! We did our bit She did her bit- Everything when she said she would, with great communication. We felt Trudy was our champion.
