•Mark knew the property and after asking a few key questions about what we wanted verse what we needed and as we went through the property pointed out the aspects of the property that aligned with our wants and needs. After we said yes we were prepared to make an offer he was excellent at matching the expectation of buyer and seller His community knowledge, flexibility in responding, meeting our requests, queries, obtaining answers were impressive.
In our initial meeting Mark outlined current market conditions and asked us what our expectations were. We agreed on a realistic 'offers over' price for our property. Mark then sent thru a marketing strategy and sale process.At each step Mark kept us informed and communicated regularly. We thought it might take a while to sell the property as Amberley isn't a huge market but were pleasantly surprised when Mark called us to say he'd had an offer after the first open day.It was a good offer and one that we accepted. Mark continued marketing the property and holding open days until the offer went unconditional.
