After missing out on one property listed with Brooke, we managed purchase Carroll Place through her. Brooke is an amazing agent, so professional, friendly, makes you feel like you aren't just a business transaction and puts in the hard yards to get results. . . . Amazing to deal with!
Brooke has sold two houses for me and both times she was fabulous to work with. The market has been challenging for a few years but Brooke reached for the sky alongside me, and while working together (presentation and marketing) we both achieved something that made it all worth it to go to market and put up the sold sign. Brooke works hard to facilitate happy vendor and happy purchaser introductions and is passionate and savvy because she knows the market well and is driven to get great results.
