A quick and easy sale

We asked two separate agents to give us there thoughts on selling our property in Mosgiel. We decided on Les as id heard good things from others at work who had sold through him. His costs were appox 60% of the oppositions, his communication and guidance through out the process was made very simple and easy to understand. Very early on we given a offer however Les indicated clearly that we need to hold on as we could do better, thankfully we took his advice. Our property was listed on Friday and by Tuesday we were given a firm offer which we accepted and was 20k over the the first offer. All in all Les was terrific to deal with handled the entire process and was always available to us. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Les as an agent.
