Sam, our "splendid" agent

It was a HUGE decision for me to sell our family home with so many wonderful memories held there. My parents had owned it before me, my children had spent many funtimes there with them as children. Then I bought it from them and lived there as my children became teenagers and young adults. The time eventally came when we had to accept the house was way too big for just two. It was time to downsize! Enter the marvelous Sam Gregory 😊 It was an instant connection from the start! She completely understood all my feelings. How i was very reflective of the many special memories from nearly thirty years and the reality of the need to move into the next chapter. Sam was so supportive throughout the whole process, discussions about timelines and expectations, listing, open homes, private viewings etc. We felt listened too and respected. Sam totally put her all into the sale of the property. It was a property that took patience and positivity, both of which Sam has an abundance of. It was an incredibly special and emotional day the day the SOLD sticker went on the sign! Thank you Sam! Thank you for selling our home and for everything else that you did for us along the way. You are an incredible young woman and will always have a special place in my heart.
