Simple but effective

Anna was great to deal with! Her and her team made the process very easy from our first valuation to seeing a sold sign. Everything was layed out very clearly from the start and we knew what to expect. No bullshit which is what we wanted. We were given an honest valuation range and she worked hard to get a price at the top of that range. A week on the market and we were negotiating an offer where Anna liaised with both parties to make the buyer and seller happy. All done online the papers were signed and the house was sold. The price was above what we wanted and we were overall very happy with the process. Thanks !
