Selling some houses is the easiest job in the world, the sell themselves. Other houses need work to sell and need a dedicated agent. The wrong agent can 'kill' sales, but not Keegan. Keegan hit a nice balance with keeping in contact - not too often and not too infrequent. It was never too much bother to meet with me on site several times for viewings and answer questions. She actually sold Dargaville town and the house! Post - purchase Keegan rolled up her sleeves and spent several hours cleaning which was much appreciated.
