I chose Keegan to sell my house because she bounced in with all this energy and enthusiasm. She immediately offered to 'dress' the house,' which I wasn't expecting, especially as it was a two-storey, but she was like, "I have all this blow-up furniture." Keegan's initiative to think outside the box was impressive, and within the week, she had a buyer, so all credit to her for that! And the photos and video of the house were awesome! Unfortunately, the purchasers have been 'hard work,' and as a consequence have cost me a lot financially, which has made the sale incredibly stressful. Also the recommendation to remove my husband's name from the title created some serious headaches for me and MyAccountant, and which, left me no choice but to sell to those difficult people. Nevertheless, the house has sold, and hopefully all the 'loose ends' will be 'tidied up' in early 2026. However, I am so grateful that the house is sold. Thank you, Keegan.
