Eben’s laid back style did not limit him to only good points of the property, it was fair and he often agreed with issues, comenting on our thoughts either agreeing or suggesting he go back to the vendor to clarify issues. Eben knew the area very well as he lives nearby. Eden was very good at prompt responses both to our questions and/or referring back to the vendor. He was a sympathetic, honest agent from our (buyers) perspective and we never doubted for a moment his professional approach to the transaction. We are very impressed.
