If you want your house sold in this difficult property market, contact Lee Dickens. We had a lifestyle block with a small house and shed - both unconsented but in tidy, move in ready condition. Of the four agents we initially contacted to sell our home, two said they had so many listings on their books that were not selling, they were being selective what else the choose to list. One other suggested we remove the windows, doors, water tanks and solar system & sell as land only as no-one would want the buildings. Lee was a breath of fresh air and said she was selling lots of properties even when other agents weren't. She immediately saw the potential in our property, and pegged the type of buyers for it. She gave a realistic valuation which was spot on. We were delayed five months from when we initially contacted Lee until we listed and she contacted us a few times to check on our progress.
