Exceeded our expectations.

We have sold properties through Jannetta on two occasions. Certainly with the first property, we were extremely doubtful that Jannetta could get us the sale price she had estimated for us. However, she delivered on her promise and the sale price of our property far exceeded our expectations. With our second property, the market appeared to have slowed down somewhat but Jannetta found a buyer in a very short space of time and we were able to move forward with our plans. We have sold a number of properties over the years (Jannetta having sold the last two) and we will certainly use her services again when the time comes. We can't recommend her highly enough.
