First Home buying experience made easy!
As first home buyers, we were unsure of the whole process, but Trudy made everything feel clear and exciting. She took the time to answer all of our questions, even if they were silly, and she was constantly supportive, from the moment we viewed the open home, until the moment we moved in. Trudy always had our best interests at heart and would go out of her way to ensure that everything could work within our schedules. She also put in a lot of work to get the property perfect for us before settlement which we appreciate more than you know! Absolutely amazing!
When I first thought about selling my house I wasn't very sure about what to expect. I first met Trudy at an open home she was running and invited her to complete a valuation on my home. The three different valuations that I had completed, by different agencies, all came within the same possible price range. The thing that stood out for me was that Trudy was so infectiously enthusiastic and positive that it helped me to see that I could hope for more. From the point of accepting Trudy as my real estate agent we were off like a rocket. Trudy went above and beyond the expected and was absolutely amazing. She was hugely supportive and hands on in regard to preparing the house and the garden for open homes. At the end of this amazing process there was a lot of interest in my house, a lot of people through open homes and a lot of individual viewings as well. The house ended up selling in 22 days for more than I had expected and it seemed that even though there was so much work and stress involved in selling a house that in many ways it was made so much easier by Trudy's support and help. I truly appreciate Trudy's hard work, optimism and energy. I'm sure that she would take those qualities into any property she was asked to sell and supporting the vendors. I honestly can't recommend her enough.
