I actually chose Mary & Sarah when I saw their advertisement in the local paper. They had open and smiling faces and I was keen to support women in the real estate sector. I felt comfortable with them at the first walk through of my house and was happy to take their advice on how to improve the staging before and after photos. It was worth paying for the advertising, which included photos of each room, drone footage which was a different view for 3 weeks, and I could not fault the description accompanying the drone pictures. The research they carried out before talking about the price range for my home was in-depth and really well explained so I did not have any qualms about accepting their suggested pricing. As an older and solo vendor I was given great assistance to use WhatsApp on my phone as the quickest means of communication. Always my questions were responded to promptly and no question was a dumb question. At the end of the marketing campaign, Sarah and Mary still continued to hold fortnightly Open Homes, even though my house was vacant. I entrusted them with the house keys and remotes and I was able to move without hesitation to the South Island. Communication continued to be open and regular throughout the selling process, especially after the deposit was paid, I was kept fully informed about my buyer's progress at selling their property. It was a pleasure working with these two young women and I am very happy with their professionalism and processes. Well done to them both.
