Friendly and easy to deal with

Arizto itself was great in terms of the price of marketing as well as final sale fees. The one element that we understand now but could possibly have been a bit more emphasized was that the communication was a bit lacking due to the fact that Arizto is getting a large increase of demand and so real estate agents have multiple houses on the market at the same time. We often had to get information such as if an open home was going ahead or if there had been any phone interest by calling Wendy directly and not waiting for a call. At a sale price of $5,000 though, this is kind of to be expected. It was probably that our expectations were not correct.
