The property appraisal was certainly needed to where i thought my property sat on the current market and found them both had a good knowledge of the market. The fact they enjoy selling realestate added to my confidence in them both. Good communication with plenty of notice for private viewing, and being supportive of decisions i made declining offers, with no pressure to alter a decision. The use of a private Messenger chat room was invaluable enabling transparency. I found them both to be professional to deal with and left them to it. cheers
