Highly professional with excellent communication

Susan was in regular communication throughout, very easy to talk to, and when she said she would do something it was done immediately. She offered helpful and intelligent advice and recommendations. We knew exactly what was happening at every stage in the process, the dashboard was kept up to date and a helpful tool. It felt like selling our house was her primary focus. She was available whenever needed and would respond in evenings and weekends when it was warranted. We are very happy that our house was sold quite quickly and appreciated her guidance when there were some minor issues that arose from the buyer towards the end of the process. These were resolved easily. Her communication and knowledge of the market were outstanding. We would work with her again.
