Buyer's review
Outstanding
We have just recently purchased a home in New Zealand (to move back to) all the while living in Australia. All through this experience Nicky has been fantastic - we are 3-hours behind NZ now so she put in alot of after hours phone calls for us, including many WhatsApp tours of the property! Nicky has been super responsive to all our queries, totally professional and just down-right lovely to work with. She is a credit to Arizto and many an agent could take a leaf out of her book when it comes to customer service.
Seller's review
Best agent I've ever worked with
I have bought and sold many houses over the years and confidently rate Nicky Vallender as the top agent I've worked with in either NZ or Australia: 1. She understood and contributed when I described the target market I suggested would be interested in buying my property. 2. Her property descriptions and choices of images were targeted, specific and added value. 3. She is proactive and always follows up and follows through. 4. Nicky supported me and managed the process with kindness and outstanding professionalism through a very challenging relationship with my late husband's estate trustees. The acid test for me is whether I would recommend and would work with any professional again. The answer is yes and yes! I highly recommend Nicky Vallender, and would work with her again in a heart beat.
