We found Don to be very approachable and easy to talk to. Don was very knowledgeable about the property which we were looking at possibly purchasing and could answer any questions on the spot. This was great, as there is nothing worse than an agent that doesn't know there listing details. As we were from Kaikoura (a 2.5 hr drive away) Don always managed to fit us in on the day, and time which worked best for us, as were down for a number of viewings. Once our purchase had been confirmed, Don went over and above his responsibility with his hands on efforts to accommodate us into our new property, which was very much appreciated.

From the very start, Don offered friendly, accurate advise, he made the process relaxed, clear and understandable. With extra demands from the new vendors, Don offered his free time and made a huge effort to assist with clearing and cleaning the land. I have a dodgy back so when I saw Don pull up with his trailer, I was overjoyed. Don came everyday of the last week to help us move from our large property. My family and I could not recommend him highly enough.
