Goes the extra mile

Kara’s enthusiasm and ‘nothing is a problem attitude’ convinced me to list with her. As I was heading overseas I needed someone who could manage any issues that arose and ensure the property was always well presented which she did down to such details as ensuring fresh flowers. Kara was easy to communicate with in person and from a distance. She kept me well informed and brought about a successful sale within a relatively short time, well within my timeframe.
