Always there when we needed them

It all started with the valuation and the knowledge of the market trends and which selling strategy to apply, and at this point we decided to trust their experience. They didn't fail us through the entire process. We've seen plenty of real estate signs around without sold stickers in spite of being in the market longer and this is possibly the best testament to how effective selling a house is with Mary and Sarah. They seemed as invested as we were which was easy to see in the initial valuation which included recommended improvements that could be made prior to sale to enhance the general public appeal. Beyond this, Sarah made time to itemize room by room exactly how the house should be presented for photos and open homes and I believe this meant we put our best foot forward. Being that we were novices in buying and selling, we had a lot of questions we'd consider to be quite stupid but at no point were we made to feel that way when we asked them. Mary and Sarah are super friendly, personable and approachable. They exude professionalism which we've seen first hand in open homes we've attended ourselves. They go above and beyond with their level of detail in feedback as well as their follow ups with potential interested parties to drive results. We can't recommend their service enough. We've been told buying and selling real estate is one of life's more stressful experiences, and while we did put in a lot of work, Mary and Sarah made this about as stress free as I believe it could possibly be.
