Delivering optimal experience even during an pandemic

I have had an experience of dealing with a few real estate agents in the past 8yrs, and I would rate Pernell amongst the legends; absolute seamless! It has been a pleasure working with him. With many agents, there is this 'pressure' to buy or sell, and it can be a very gnarly process with uncertainties around the origins of such pressure; whether its timeline or if its the market itself! During the pandemic, I didn't want to get entangled in any of those pressures. Pernell delivers patience, with professionalism and he is well grounded in the technical front to operate strategically in the virtual world; a key driver for my likes. Having an agent that I can trust with all these other awesome attributes, I would highly recommend Pernell to deliver nothing but the best(even if the world is suffering from unforeseen circumstances!)
