An excellent communicator who created a warm and positive experience.

Kate, brought a breath of fresh air to the selling process. She organised a creative video and photos that sold the property - from these, our buyers fell in love and came for one open home and then made a good offer. She kept in touch throughout the process; she is knowledgeable about the market and the process, and kept our spirits up with her positive advice and feedback. Thank you Kate. We wish you well in your new business. We are already recommending you to our friends.
