Tracy gave sound advice, followed up with every open home visitor, kept track of the whole process and contacted the appropriate people when needed. She thought of everything - often before the person responsible did! I have never come across an agent as dedicated to customer service as Tracy is, and I have bought and sold several properties since my first one in 1994.
