Lana was excellent to deal with, courteous, professional and prompt in supplying the requisite Property Information files. Unlike some agents, she supplied the files without insisting that I see the property first. This was welcome because I like to know what to look for and I didn't want to waste time viewing a property that I would find that I didn't want to purchase. She had good communication with the vendors too and I appreciated that. I'd recommend her for either purchasing or selling.
