This is the second property Shahina and Anil have sold for us this year, a rental property in April and just now our main family home. Having been looking in the area for a place to buy for the past 12 months it was interesting seeing some of the high profile agents in the area not even bothering to follow up with a call after visiting their open homes, this is the opposite of Shaina and Anil, these two are 7 day per week operation, they truly have things dialed in like no other agent I have worked with over the past two decades. Shahina sends me a text every time a property sells, fills me in with the information, keeps me updated on what's coming up, she simply goes over and above, and has been for years.
