Sukha was pretty knowledgeable and communicated well.

We sold when the market was a bybit flat but Sukha and members of Suchy and Co seemed to have a good strategy with marketing having several possible buyers after about 3 weeks and one of those interested buyers ended up purchasing our property. We felt that we got a fair price on the day because the house we bought was also reduced due to a flat market so very happy. By
