I would like to highly recommend Real Estate Agent, Alison Smith from Smith & Bishop who assisted me recently with the purchase of my new home in Taranaki. Alison has the qualities that make her an extremely good agent. Buying a property can be such a stressful process but Alison went out of her way to make it a memorable one. She was excellent at the viewings allowing the time required to make such a purchase of which I was very grateful for. It was very clear that she had her clients’ best interest in mind but treated me with equal importance. It’s so important to feel in safe hands during such a process and Alison certainly made me feel this. One of the qualities I respected the most was her communication style. She did a great job of listening to what I was looking for and was extremely responsive to viewings and questions, often responding immediately or with late-night messages in which she appeared to always be on call. Alison also explained all aspects of the process very clearly and although it was tense due to the level of interest in the property, she was very careful to not apply any extra pressure to the process which is a very talented skill, and this made a huge difference to me. Her written communication was done with an equal level of professionalism and guaranteed the transaction got completed promptly for both parties. I can say with confidence that Alison is one of the best agents I have had the pleasure to deal with and she would be the very first person I would ring should I ever require a Listing Agent or decide to purchase another property.
