10 out of 10 for : getting asking price range correct , producing great marketing plans and video , for providing good advice on presentation , for securing a buyer easily within the normal range of days to sell,for promoting and selling a house that might not appeal to all buyers ,and selling the house at a great price that we were rapt with .
