We found that Alison has been the best agent we have dealt with in our past and present real estate transactions. Alison worked with us in a professional but friendly manner. She was extremely helpful but was still mindful of her vendors interests. The communication has been superb especially as we live in Northland. I am sure her market knowledge is the everything it should be but it was not applicable to our transaction.

This is the second time we've used Alison to sell a home and she is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and excellent communication, we always knew what was happening throughout the whole process.

ALISON from SMITH BISHOP,once again went "Above and Beyond" listing and selling another property for me, this one being so very special. Alison was always available and always professional. Her knowledge of all things Real Estate is limitless. Thank you again for the smooth transition to my new home. I would recommend Alison "in a heart beat" Faye and Gejay

Over all, it was a pleasant and happy experience. I would recommend Alison as an agent.

We found Alison excellent to work with during a difficult time of low sales responses. Her market knowledge, communication with us during this period, and professionalism was particularly welcome. She never seemed to get phased, she just kept working to get a positive outcome. We would recomend her to any persons needing to buy or sell a property.

We were happy with the way Alison handled the sale of our property from the time of our first meeting. She offered good practical advice, was friendly yet professional. Would definitely recommend and use again. Chris & Jenny

We found selling our house smooth sailing with Alison working alongside us. She had a few opticals to deal with along the way but they were never a problem for her, we trusted her, and she made trusting the process very easy. Would I recommend her to others...YES, and we would not hesitate to work with her again. She is professional and knows her stuff. Thank you, Alison.

Alison is an absolute gem to work with. She made us feel so comfortable and looked after throughout the entire experience. She has a wealth of knowledge due to her years of experience, and always had an honest, straight forward answer to any questions or concerns we had. Alison is so easy to get along with, and it feels like she’s part of the family now. Highly recommended to anyone considering buying or selling.

It was great working with alison as home buyers. Because it was a first time for us, we went in thinking it was going to be real difficult but alison made it a lot easier for us. Very good at explaining everything to us newbies. Very kind spoken and supportive. Thank you once again alison

We have found Alison to be a very caring and understanding person. We had a lot going on in our lives other than finding a property and Alison was very kind, understanding and patient. Communication was great without making us feel pressured. We appreciated Alison's kindness and helpfulness during a very stressful time in our lives. Thanks Alison.
