The team were always timely and ready to be flexible to meet our needs and requests. Also understood when we couldnt do things that were expected, and found ways to make things work. Even though we were not the vendor in this instance, and that they clearly outlined they worked for the vendor - we felt they went above and beyond to understand our needs and concerns as a buyer- and in the end used this knowledge to help both the vendor and buyer so all our needs were met.
