Listed & Sold in one week…can’t get better than that!!

Highly recommend Team Sarah and Mary….your needs are a top priority to them from start to finish! They are great listeners and hear your expectations, needs, wants etc but their honesty and realistic outlook keep you grounded without shattering your dreams altogether!! They are committed to obtaining a sale or a purchase for you… for us it was both! It would have to be a record… they listed, photographed, advertised, one open home, found a buyer, negotiated and sold our property all inside a week! Which meant we didn’t lose the property we had an offer on!! Their timing was impeccable! Sarah and Mary are great communicators, always easy to understand, keep you in the loop regularly, enjoy seeing the lighter side of life, and know their job and everything to do with the small print! They are also great communicators between each other! For example…Sarah flies to Denmark for a planned and much anticipated reunion with her brother, while Mary looks after business at home! Well they might have been thousands of miles apart, but both turned up to present our offer!! Yep Mary was sitting on our floor, Sarah was on her phone sitting on our coffee table!!
