Extremely professional, bubbly and knows her stuff

Tracey was recommended to me via our accountant. From the moment we meet Tracey, she was professional, bright an bubbly, took control and educated us on the process of selling, something that I had not done in 20 years. She walked with us every step of the way, took us through the process and what we could expect from her and the process. Met regularly with updates and next steps right up until a couple of hours before the auction. We could not have had any better experience, she made us feel like we were her only clients, even through we were not. Communication was constant , a chat group was set up, nothing was a problem, she anticipated what might be required by us from what buyers were saying when viewing of the property had taken place. Success was achieving the price that we did, the staging of the house was amazing which help contribute to a good customer experience when the house was being viewed. Even after the property was sold , Tracey offered to put a fridge on trade me for us.
