Jo was recommended to me by a near-stranger while holidaying in another town... I believe strongly in word of mouth and this was enough of an endorsement for me! From taking us on while on holiday over the Christmas period, to keeping us informed every step of the way, Jo was an excellent communicator and always made it feel like our house sale was the most important thing on her plate. Our property was tenanted with a challenging tenant arrangement and we live in another city, so it was not a straightforward project for Jo to take on. She always took everything in her stride and never vented any frustration or passed on any of that stress to us, she really made it very simple for us and I am so grateful for that!
