It has been a pleasure working with Dawn. During the entire home purchasing process, Dawn consistently maintained professional integrity, professionalism, technical competency, and was able to quickly adapt to the clients technical needs and questions with genuineness and patience. She is precise, efficient and paid attention to detail at a technical level. She is also quite adept at working with clients of diversity and multicultural backgrounds, which is a great strength and a basic necessity in the modern, 21st-century. One of the key moments with Dawn was when she took the initiative and drive, to understand and acquire, further technical documents that we requested, to help us with the property purchase. 
Till the end Dawn still maintained quality consistently, was excellent at tying off any loose ends and closing the loop.
