Over and above getting the job done!
Courtenay was very friendly to meet with and discuss our plan of action for selling our house in this hectic environment. She understood our market which was for a 3 bedroom town house in the 400-500k range, in Masterton. She helped us come to an idea of what we could get, reassessing this each month, as the market is constantly changing right now. (Sold in Aug. 2022) She went over and above with helping me stage the house and even made a cool video for it which wasn't part of the deal, and it looked great!
