Excellent communicator, down to earth personality

I first met Rebecca at a viewing with my parents , straight away I loved her bubbly personality and knowledge of the market - when it came to selling our property not long after we had originally decided to shop around agents , Rebecca was the first we met with and discussed our options her friendly , outgoing personality immediately made us feel comfortable we decided to stick with her. she was professional and down to earth. As first time sellers we were walking into the unknown but Rebecca kept us updated every step of the way reassuring us and taking time to explain details clearly. We are shift workers and she was considerate in working around our schedules with meetings , open homes and viewings.
