Kate is focused on the integrity of her profession. Sellers and buyers can be assured Kate will have fleshed out all relevant information leaving no stone unturned in providing full disclosure. Kate is not interested in compromising her honesty for "the sale". Christchurch call be a challenging market where many houses are still impacted under the very ordinary EQC practices post earthquake and has , in my case, communicated with EQC to understand any issues with my property. Above and beyond her brief but I'm thankful for the assistance. Give Kate your property and let her do what she does best, Highly recommended.
