My Journey with Tiana Ferguson.

My journey began June 2023. My husband was diagnosed with advanced dementia. We did things back to front finding a house before we put ours on the market. Tiana was amazing, she listened when I was upset unsure if I was doing the right thing for my husband & myself, she never tried to influenced me in any way. Tiana even came rolled up her sleeves & got busy cleaning windows, cupboards, putting curtains up & arranging the house in the best possible way for potential buyer viewings. The private viewings are so much better than open homes with heaps of people going through your house. Tiana is also a very good negotiator, finally she came with news of an offer which we took. We were able to proceed with buying the house we wanted. It was perfect for my husband & being able to care for him through his dementia. We were only in the house a year & a half when my husband had to be move to a Dementia Care Facility. I wasn't even using half the house & the travelling was affecting my health. Mid 2025 I rang Tiana asking if she would sell the house for us. This time we were ready & had it on the market straight away. Tiana worked very hard to sell our house. I have many disabilities & Tiana made viewing very relaxed & easy giving me plenty of notice. Tragedy struck when I had a car accident. I became frightened to drive as my car was a complete right off. I was so very sore & the thought of having to go out when Tiana did viewings was a nightmare especially with two little dogs. Tiana came up with the perfect solution & set me up in her vehicle driving just around the corner. Tiana is a very pleasant, loving, considerate, hard working & trustworthy young woman including being a mother. She actually cares about the people she is selling/purchasing houses for. I would highly recommend Tiana to anyone who wants to buy/sell their house. Tiana went above & beyond for us especially with her own problems, the 100 year floods & her place had been hit so devastatingly.
