An excellent experience working with Scott during house purchase and possession.

Scott was very responsive and most helpful from when we first showed interest in house.We did not live in local area and he was able to fit viewings etc.in to suit our needs.We found Scott to be very professional at his job but most important he was a pleasure to work with throughout the transaction. Scott has a great personality which helps so much when communicating with him and seeking knowledge on things that you may be unfamiliar with.He also helped us in communicating with seller of property to buy some surplus furniture she had for sale.Scott has great knowledge of the area and housing market.We are very happy with our purchase and dealings with Scott and his many strengths in the property market.He made it his business to explain and show us how everything worked in the house once we took possession.Overall we are very very happy with the way Scott has taken us though this two month period of house purchase and his relaxed and personal skills have left us very satisfied.
