Extremely proactive, enthusiastic, straight up and an excellent communicator

Mark was very proactive in promoting our home though online videos in addition to the standard marketing. He provided us with regular updates after all open homes and followed up with all attendees where possible. He also played a positive role in helping to manage us though a tricky situation when our sole buyer pulled out of a contract. He helped to get the process back on track.
