Knew the Property, Knew the Market!

Linda understood our home having sold it a couple of times prior. Despite that, she didn't come in with a this is what worked last time attitude. She looked at the home and how it would appeal in the current market and gave us an appreciation of what and how we needed to show the value of the home this time around. Linda had a great awareness of what would attract buyers to the home and was able to promote those through her skills and attentione to detail. She was extremely professional throughout and a good foil through the negotiation phase.
