We met Maria at an open home as first home buyers - she introduced herself and asked to represent us. She immediately got a handle on our tastes as well as more practical needs, budget etc. and would send us listings that were very relevant to our search, or even sent us tips ahead of properties being put on the market. We were also struck by her excellent real estate knowledge - and insight into the area. Really had our backs too, and was looking three steps ahead for us. She saved from at least one property that wouldn’t have been right for us with her due diligence. When the time came to put in an offer she was quick and efficient putting the documentation together, no matter then time in the evening or weekend.
