Sam proved able and willing to stay with us for quite a long haul in finding a property as our circumstances evolved. She quickly accepted a negative decision on a presented property, and moved along to seeking out another for us to consider. Our viewing availability was very limited due to being out of towners. Sam always managed to coordinate a viewing when it suited us. The actual purchase process was managed very competently by her.
