Mark and Vanessa met with me and discussed the property I was selling and we agreed a price and a marketing strategy and what needed to be done to the property to achieve a excellent sale price. Within a week the house was sold unconditionally in a softening market. Even though the initial offer was over the the amount I wanted, Mark went back and got more. can't fault Mike Pero in Silverdale.
