Exceptional Marketing skills and very honest.
Nisha Aulakh has exceptional marketing knowledge, and she approached a large number of buyers, bringing us multiple offers. We received more than we expected. In the starting it was a hassle for us to sell our house and other company agents was giving very low appraisal for the property. When we contacted her and she came with full energy and positivity and gave us really good appraisal according to the potential of the property and she made what she said.
