Gianni managed a deceased estate sale which involved many moving parts and delicate family conflicts. This was not just a sale, this was a dearly loved family member’s legacy. Gianni “got” that this was not a standard listing. Gianni was both empathetic and understanding in seeking the best ways to keep all parties informed. At the same time he was creative in his marketing strategy to overcome the challenges of selling bare land in a very difficult market. Internal family delays meant the 2 great offers Gianni presented were lost. After some delays when relisting, I sought him out at his new agency. I had full faith in his abilities and he was the only person I could entrust with the sale.
