Fiona quickly grasped what I was looking for and at our first meeting set up set up a visit to a property she had in mind. The Property wasn’t one being presented by her own firm but she reached out to another Agency as she was sure it was “just the one for me”. She was right. It ticked all my boxes. Fiona then arranged for a LIM and a builder to do the building report. She used her knowledge of the market and her expertise as a seasoned agent so that everything went smoothly...and very quickly.
