We had the pleasure of working with Bodie through the process of selling our apartment at the Mount. Right from the start we appreciated his excellent communication and total openness to all our needs and ideas. Not always easy for a young agent to work with a couple of mature property owners! Bodie combined our needs/requests with his and the Bayley's teams knowledge of the market and recommendations for the correct process to maximise the potential for timely sales success. He operated a range of Open Homes, adding extras when a clear opportunity presented itself, coordinated access and promotion to other agents, responded promptly to enquiries, both sending through core info and meeting prospective purchasers for private viewings. We especially appreciated the very informative, regular, written reports that arrived each week, plus the quick phone call post Open Homes or private viewings, letting us know what the feedback was. We have worked with other agents where it felt like you had to wait your turn for feedback but felt Bodie understood our hunger for info and that we were his priority. Through a range of events we managed to have a reasonable amount of contact and conversations with our purchasers. It was heartening to hear them, unprompted, comment on how professional and personable Bodie was. As we see the agent as our representative and an extension of us, this was very pleasing.
